1. Introduction
Welcome to Just Swimming Caps. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all orders placed through our website, social media, or any other sales channel.
2. Products
We sell swimming caps and related accessories, including customised products.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Packaging
Each swimming cap is supplied individually packaged in a zip-lock plastic bag as standard.
We reserve the right to update or change packaging where necessary without prior notice.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation via email or message.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock issues or suspected fraud.
You must ensure all order details, including designs, spelling, colours, address, and any other information, are correct at the time of ordering.
4. Artwork & Colour Approval
All colours are selected using the Pantone Matching System (PMS).
We will match your design to the closest appropriate Pantone colour for printing.
Prior to production, final artwork will be provided to the customer for approval.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all details, including colours, spelling, layout, and design.
Production will only begin once artwork approval has been received and full payment has been made.
By approving the artwork, you confirm that all details are correct.
We are not responsible for any errors or variations once artwork has been approved.
Colour reproduction will be matched as closely as possible to Pantone references; however, slight variations may occur due to materials and printing processes.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£), USD ($), EUR (€) and AUD ($).
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Custom Orders
Due to the customised nature of our products, full payment is required in advance before any order is processed or production begins.
Once a custom order has been confirmed and payment received, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, Stripe, and PayPal.
Bank transfers must be made in GBP (£).
For overseas customers, payment should be made in the GBP equivalent based on the market exchange rate at the time of transfer.
Any fees associated with international transfers or currency conversion are the responsibility of the customer.
Invoicing
All non-bank transfer payments will be invoiced through Stripe or PayPal.
Institutional Orders
Institutional orders include orders from schools, clubs, organisations, and similar entities.
Requests for payment terms, such as set payment days or delayed payment schedules, must be agreed and approved in writing prior to production.
We reserve the right to decline or delay orders where payment terms have not been approved in advance.
Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We use trusted courier services including DHL, UPS, and FedEx for all deliveries.
Standard Orders
For customised orders, delivery will take approximately 3 weeks from artwork approval and receipt of full payment.
The 3-week timeframe begins from the next working day after both artwork approval and payment have been confirmed.
Rush Orders
We offer a limited rush order service with an estimated turnaround of approximately 2 weeks.
Customers must provide their required in-hand delivery date at the time of enquiry or ordering.
Rush orders are subject to availability and production capacity.
We reserve the right to decline rush orders if we believe there is not a realistic opportunity to meet the requested delivery deadline.
General Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location.
Shipping times may be subject to delays outside of our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been shipped.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for non-custom items within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customised Products
Due to their personalised nature, customised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.
Due to hygiene reasons, used swimming caps cannot be returned.
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos and order details.
Customised Products
Due to the customised nature of our products, replacements will only be considered where there are material defects or manufacturing faults with the caps.
We are not responsible for issues arising from approved designs, including spelling, colours, layout, or artwork.
Where a valid fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, designs, images, and product names, belongs to Just Swimming Caps and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Products must be used as intended; misuse is at your own risk.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used to process your order and improve our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
